Manage the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to submission. Oversee estimation procedures to ensure accuracy and competitiveness in bids. Collaborate with various teams to develop winning proposals aligned with client requirements. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field More than 7years experience Experience in negotiating contracts, bid management, and estimation within the construction or piling industry. Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
