This is a new role, reflecting sustained growth and long-term career opportunities. You’ll work alongside Senior and Associate Engineers on diverse building structures, from concept to construction, across sectors such as mid/high-rise, commercial, residential, aged care, healthcare, and education. Responsibilities Deliver structural designs from concept through to construction Work on diverse projects including high-rise, commercial, residential, and institutional buildings Collaborate with senior colleagues and multidisciplinary teams Take on increasing responsibilities as you develop, with clear pathways for progression Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality outcomes Requirements To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Current experience as a Structural Engineer in an Australian consultancy (Senior level or ready to step up) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven skills in concrete design (floors, lateral, columns, foundations) Full working rights in Australia Motivation to take on greater responsibility and grow into leadership Why Apply?
