We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of SAP initiatives. This Business is undergoing a major SAP upgrade to a hosted SAP S/4 HANA. This role is critical in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring outcomes align with organisational objectives and deliver tangible business value. In this role, you will be involved in functional analysis leadership, requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder engagement, solution definition and evaluation, testing and quality assurance, project delivery support, and continuous improvement. What we are looking for. Proven SAP Expertise across key modules ( Finance, Asset Management, Supply Chain ) and ERP workflows. Demonstrated experience delivering SAP projects, including requirements management, stakeholder engagement and solution evaluation. Strong documentation capability including process modelling, functional specifications and use cases. Skilled in test case development, UAT coordination and quality assurance. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timeframes.
