GRIT is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Administrator for our client, a leading organisation investing in cyber resilience. In this role, you’ll protect critical systems by managing and optimising security platforms, with a strong focus on SIEM and PAM . You’ll collaborate with cyber and technology teams, partner with vendors, and deliver operational improvements that strengthen security, ensure compliance, and safeguard the organisation against emerging threats. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimise SIEM, PAM, and core security tools (endpoint, email, cloud, vulnerability). Monitor, investigate, and respond to cyber threats and incidents. Perform access reviews, vulnerability assessments, and security audits. Maintain security policies, processes, and compliance reporting. Partner with teams and vendors to embed security in projects and operations. About You: 5 years’ experience in cyber security with hands-on SIEM/PAM expertise. Strong knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint, and cloud security. Skilled in threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. Familiar with frameworks (NIST CSF, Essential Eight, ISM, SOCI). Certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, or Security are desirable. Keen to learn more?
