Your key responsibilities Manage the Advisory team, including driving performance and adjusting priorities to deliver on organisational commitments. Lead the provision of advice to support complex decision-making in registries, including to principal registrars on high-profile and sensitive matters. Lead the provision of advice on legislative compliance, including for operational policies and procedures, delegation instruments, and memoranda of understanding. Lead the drafting of delegations and authorisation instruments. Lead communication to registries about case law and legislation developments impacting complex decision-making, to uplift technical knowledge and capability. Contribute to business planning and lead the delivery of actions that support CSQ's strategic direction. Participate in interdepartmental and interagency meetings. Undertake other duties as required.
