Your Role And Responsibilities To be successful in this role a candidate must possess strong leadership skills and have the stature to engage effectively with clients and potential clients at all levels. The candidate will also need to inspire and work effectively with team members drawn from a range of technical disciplines. Interact comfortably with executive management across industry and regulatory authorities. Manage projects and act as client point of contact on a day-to-day basis, contributing to engagements delivered to budget and meeting profit and realization targets. Undertake analysis as directed and take responsibility for the preparation of project deliverables, including reports and presentations. Engage with executive management and regulatory authorities, generally with a Managing Director present. Demonstrate strong analytical and written communication skills to produce clear, well-founded analyses and recommendations. Handle complex information, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining integrity and ethics. Build and retain relationships across the industry and identify opportunities for further work for IBM Promontory. The candidate will be expected to draw upon insights and networks to identify business opportunities for IBM Promontory to pursue. Education And Qualifications Preferred Education : Bachelor\'s Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or Law; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded. At least 6 years of experience in Financial services, Consulting, Regulator, Compliance, Risk management, Governance or legal. Track record in fast-paced, unstructured environments with aptitude for innovative client solutions. Analytics and data: proven ability to deliver highly analytical work; strong data governance understanding; experience with large and unstructured datasets to derive insights. AI: strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including AI governance, model development and application. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Law or Business Administration; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded. Specialising in data analytics, risk management, assurance, and regulatory compliance. Experience developing, testing and validating end-to-end modelling; knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, R, and Python.
