As a result of their growth plans and recent private equity investment, the organisation is seeking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and build the finance function and play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth agenda. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, the new CFO will be a Trusted Advisor to the CEO. You will be responsible for building a scalable, high-functioning finance operation to support a multi-site structure. This will include designing and implementing robust commercial reporting, dashboards, internal controls, improving reporting processes, and introducing systems that enable better commercial decision-making. The CFO will also play a key role in capital planning, strategic analysis, and supporting M&A activities. We are looking for a hands-on finance executive with experience operating in dynamic, fast-growth environments. You will bring strong commercial acumen and a track record of leading finance functions through periods of transformation. Prior experience in M&A execution and integration is highly advantageous, as is the ability to work closely with executive leaders, boards, and investors. Financial experience in product, retail, franchise, or multi-site sectors would be highly desirable.
