The Position In the role of a Building Manager your responsibilities will include. As the Building Manager you will be responsible for the everyday management of a residential site, while also being the main go-to support for tenants and owners. Organising inspections and maintenance Facilities management and supervision of contractors to ensure a high standard of work and accountability Acting as the first point of contact for all tenants/owners, offering a quality service, and resolution of issues in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner. The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Building Manager will have/be: At least 2 years' experience in a Property/Building Manager role leasing residential apartments. You must hold a Class 2 Real Estate Agent's Licence.
