Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accountant to join our team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Global Finance Manager, As an Accountant at Xref, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations, compliance, and reporting. You’ll support day-to-day accounting processes, collaborate with teams across the business, and contribute to projects that drive efficiency and financial insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on with both transactional and analytical tasks. Key Responsibilities Daily reconciliation of company bank accounts, credit cards and travel cards (Xero) Manage supplier & vendor relationships Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Support payroll and employee expense claim processing Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on finance matters Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations and internal reports Provide ad hoc financial support to the CFO and Finance Manager.
