Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT, and management reports. Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing training and support to drive their development. Assist partners in business advisory work including structuring, tax planning, cashflow management, and strategic advice. Manage client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for value-add services. Review workpapers and ensure compliance with current legislation and standards. Qualifications & Skills CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent). 4–7 years’ experience in business services/tax within public practice. Strong technical knowledge across accounting, tax, and compliance. Leadership skills with prior experience reviewing junior staff work. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Ambition to step into a Manager role in the near term.
