You will be responsible for driving growth and managing key end-user relationships in the HORECA and route channels across NSW and VIC. This is a highly autonomous role, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business and executing brand activations. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities within the HORECA channel to achieve revenue targets; Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities from both past and current customers; Schedule regular face-to-face client meetings; Attend trade shows, networking events and client engagements to strengthen relationships and drive growth; Maintain and grow key customer relationships to maximise revenue potential for premium brands; Seek new customers aligned with brand objectives and product suitability; Work closely with key wholesalers to ensure efficient and constant supply; and Travel interstate and regionally as required. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience managing key FMCG foodservice accounts, preferably within the HORECA channel; Proven relationship management and selling skills with key customer management experience; Strong understanding of customer supply and customer management processes; Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders; Self-motivated with high energy, a positive problem-solving attitude and the ability to work autonomously; and Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across internal and external touchpoints.
