Description In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing agreements with customers and partners. Collaborate closely with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and comply with internal policies. Ensure timely and accurate processing of contract documentation to support deal closure and revenue recognition. Identify and mitigate risks in sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses. Maintain a centralized repository of sales contracts and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates. Provide guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies. Support continuous improvement of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes. Responsibilities To be successful in this role you will need the following: Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field. Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial Knowledge of contract law and regulations. Experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong commercial business acumen and judgment.
