Drive Project Governance and Delivery: Scope, design, and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations. Deliver Engaging Solutions: Facilitate leadership development programs, coach senior leaders, and deliver immersive, transformative experiences that align with Maximus\' philosophy. Firm Leadership: Collaborating and contributing to future offerings, whilst lifting consulting and advisory capability across the broader firm. About You: 10 years experience in consulting and human capital advisory: Problem solving, visualisation of information, a proven business builder Senior leadership experience: You inspire those around you with your honesty, openness, and unwavering dedication Client-centric: Exceptional client management skills, delivering solutions that deliver tangible results.
