We are seeking casual On Road Supervisors to join our team in Melbourne's CBD, South East & Western suburbs to assist and direct customers when travelling on public transport replacement services. If you are a proactive, safety-conscious, and customer-focused individual and thrive in a fast-faced environment, this position is for you! This role primarily involves being the first point of contact, directing passengers to replacement services during rail disruptions and ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience. About the role: Direct and assist passengers during transport disruptions, guiding them safely to replacement bus services Provide clear and friendly communication to customers, addressing their needs and concerns Liaise with transport staff and bus operators to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery Manage on-site safety and ensure procedures are followed at all times Lead and support on-ground staff, acting as a key point of contact during operations Maintain detailed incident and operational records as required To be successful in this role you must have: A current Victorian Driver’s Licence A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced or operational environment Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills A good understanding of business acumen and decision-making under pressure The ability to manage time and priorities effectively Strong customer service skills, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure Hands-on knowledge of transport or traffic management (advantageous) About Us: As a family-run business, we deeply value our people.
