Based in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth, out client seeks a Yard Hand to work in their manufacturing business About the client: The company specialises in manufacturing and modifying vehicles for the mining space About the role: Receiving steel products into the yard Assisting with loading and unloading trucks whilst competently operating a Forklift Communication with the Delivery Drivers Liaising with the supply team for anticipated delivery dates Checking off delivery dockets and ensuring discrepancies are sorted Clearly identifying and labelling products in the lay own yard and job bays Conducting regular stocktakes Assisting with stock control Picking orders Entering data into Pronto About you: Confined Space Entry – preferred Drivers Licence – Mandatory C class, HR Desirable Computer skills The ability to communicate at all levels LF Class mandatory Background in Manufacturing as a TA desirable You will have the highest regard for safety in the workplace. You will be required to pass drug and alcohol testing, random drug and alcohol testing will also be carried out on site.
