ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting directly to the General Manager and Managing Director , you’ll lead a team of Property Managers and Assistants across Perth and regional WA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be empowered to shape culture, mentor your team, and deliver growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Mentoring & Coaching – guiding PMs across residential, commercial, and BDM portfolios to reach their full potential. Team Leadership – fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across multiple offices. Business Growth – driving portfolio expansion, revenue growth, and achieving KPIs. Process & Compliance – streamlining systems, ensuring compliance, and raising service standards. Client Care – managing escalated matters with professionalism and effective resolution. Talent Management – recruiting, training, and retaining top Property Management talent. Reporting & Strategy – producing monthly performance and KPI reports for the leadership team. Travel & Connection – quarterly travel to regional WA with weekly online check-ins to keep teams connected and supported. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a confident, strategic, and people-focused leader who thrives on motivating teams and driving results. With a solid background in Property Management, you’ll bring strong operational knowledge and a natural ability to lead by example. You’ll also bring: WA Property Manager Registration (preferred, not essential). Current driver’s licence . Strong knowledge of PM systems (Property Tree, Property Me, Inspection Express) or a willingness to learn quickly. Proven leadership and mentoring ability with an empathetic but driven approach . Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
