This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing service performance across our national operations. About the Role As a Senior Branch Operations Service Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement in service delivery. You’ll work closely with branch and national stakeholders to monitor key service metrics such as technician productivity, job efficiency, preventative maintenance compliance, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Key Responsibilities Support branch operations through reporting, programs, and contractor management. Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly service reports. Conduct root cause analysis and performance reviews across service, fleet, and rental operations. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and reconciliation. Assist in service planning and technician capacity analysis. Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in data analysis or service reporting within a technical or industrial environment. Advanced skills in Excel and/or Power Query, and Power BI. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in the forklift, heavy equipment, or mechanical service industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with ERP/Service platforms such as AS400, IFS, SAP or similar Preferred Qualifications Accounting qualifications. Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification (PL300).
