As a Lead Learning & Development Manager, you’ll play a vital role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees within an organisation. Their main goal is to improve the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees to enhance their skills, productivity and effectiveness in their roles, working with clients across Tech Hub to manage the day-to-day operations of the digital learning team and will be involved in designing and delivering learning programs and ensuring they meet the needs of the organisation. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor team members, designing and delivering learning programs with clear, measurable objectives. Develop learning materials and digital assets, managing program delivery to ensure engagement and quality. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating learning effectiveness and managing deliverables and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders on integrated learning plans, embrace emerging digital trends, and manage training logistics. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in learning and development, skilled in designing programs and applying change management within Agile frameworks. Expertise in learning tools, performance evaluation, feedback, and strong communication and presentation abilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical advisory skills with a first-level team leadership role managing up to 10 team members. Capable of prioritizing annually, leading medium to large projects, and delivering results through experience and sound judgment.
