Join our world and let's do good things together. ABOUT THE ROLE Were looking for a Shipping and Logistics Trade and Commercial Coordinator to join our global logistics team. This is a vital role to support the execution of commercial, freight, and trade compliance strategies. Key responsibilities include: Track and analyse freight costs across all transportation modes. Maintain freight rate cards and support cost-control initiatives. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. Liaise with customs brokers and prepare documentation for audits. Support reporting on freight cost performance versus budget. Use digital tools to enhance freight tracking and reporting. Build strong relationships with freight providers and resolve service issues. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics and trade who wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in international freight forwarding & logistics operations. Ability to build rapport with internal & external customers and service providers. Problem solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong Excel skills with ability to analyse freight cost data and provide insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills.
