As our new Procurement System Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing procurement efficiency by managing systems, analysing data, and ensuring robust QA practices that align with legislative and audit requirements. We're looking for people who have: We are seeking a Procurement System Officer to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves data administration, system management, and operational support of procurement systems, including data analysis, reporting, and system enhancements to support best practice procurement strategies. You will work within the Procurement Capability and Performance Team, providing expert advice on systems and processes while ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong business improvement experience and a passion for analysing business processes across systems. Manage system access and support users across procurement platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, VendorPanel), including responding to queries and providing guidance on system use Reporting across systems including creation of Power Bi dashboards and Report Builder Administer procurement systems including Ready Contracts, VendorPanel and ServiceNow, covering user access, training, issue resolution, testing, and documentation Maintain system data integrity and ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements Review and develop quality assurance procedures and processes Ensure content compliance with relevant legislation and audit requirements Support change management and continuous business improvement across procurement systems Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practice and drive improvement Be part of shaping the Gold Coast's future The Gold Coast is inspired by lifestyle and driven by opportunity.
