Due to growth, they are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in Ground Support Equipment ( GSE ) and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul ( MRO ) solutions for the aviation sector. The Role This newly created position is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the aviation industry. You’ll focus on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities across GSE and MRO markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow business opportunities in GSE and MRO markets Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions Prepare proposals, quotes, and manage sales enquiries end-to-end Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver value-driven outcomes Drive market presence, identify growth opportunities, and achieve sales targets What We’re Looking For Equipment Sales Background – Proven experience in capital equipment, industrial, or technical sales. Aviation or GSE experience is highly regarded but not essential. Commercial Acumen – Strong skills in proposals, pricing, and sales process management. Relationship Builder – Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive & Results-Driven – Self-motivated with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Technical Curiosity – Comfortable learning and understanding the functionality of equipment to add value in customer discussions. Why Join ?
