Based at the South Sydney head office, you'll work closely with teams across Australia and globally. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role supporting the finance team with day-to-day transactional and administrative tasks. Your work will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial data. Responsibilities include: Assist with month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations Perform weekly bank reconciliations across multiple entities Process supplier and customer invoices, credit notes, and payments Assist with supplier statement reconciliations Manage corporate credit card reconciliations Support finance inboxes (AUS & US), resolving queries and coordinating requests Assist with processing employee expense claims and preparing monthly expense reports Support regulatory compliance for new store openings Manage vendor onboarding and maintain supplier records Support general administrative tasks, including purchase orders, office supplies, and supplier agreements Your Ideal Background 2 years' experience in a similar role or Business Services (CA firm) Degree-educated and/or studying toward a finance/accounting qualification Ability to work independently and collaboratively Positive, can-do attitude with initiative and eagerness to learn Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Developed systems skills Why Apply?
