Role Overview As a Scaffolder on the team, you will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems to support construction, maintenance, and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with their project, site, and safety teams to ensure structures are safe, compliant, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems (tube & coupler, modular, system scaffolding, etc.) Interpret plans, drawings, and scaffolding designs Inspect scaffold components, perform safety checks, and maintain equipment Ensure scaffolding meets height, load, and compliance requirements (AS/NZS standards) Coordinate with site supervisors, labourers, and trades to integrate scaffold works with overall project schedules Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanups Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified scaffolder on commercial, industrial, and/or large residential projects Strong knowledge of Australian & New Zealand scaffolding standards, codes and safe work practices Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings, load tables, and structural drawings Physically fit and capable of working at heights, climbing, lifting heavy scaffold components Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills Valid "White Card" or equivalent construction safety certification Current construction-industry tickets/certs (e.g. Working at Heights, EWP licence, etc.) preferred What You'll Get Competitive pay, commensurate with experience Opportunity for overtime and potential weekend work Supportive team environment with strong safety culture Exposure to varied and challenging projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors If you are interested, click APPLY NOW and the team will be in touch.
