About the Role: We are looking for a registered Architect with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, who is adept at all design phases across a diverse range of sectors, including Education, Commercial, Health Science, and Workspace. Ideally, you have both strong design and delivery skills and the ability to take a project from end to end, including managing teams, clients, and consultants. Your people skills and teamwork approach are as important to us as your design and technical skills, and we are seeking people who are passionate about design and driven to produce superior design outcomes. Excellent Revit skills are a must, and proficiencies in other software such as Enscape and Rhino are highly regarded. General Duties: Play an active role in the delivery and management of projects from all stages; concept design to contract administration Assist with the management of day-to-day operations of projects, updating Partners when necessary Liaise with clients, consultants and other external stakeholders Produce Revit drawings, including checking and marking up drawings, and reviewing team members drawings Consultant and builder coordination as well as site management Work cohesively in a small team, leading where required About you: To be successful in this role you will need: Demonstrated high level of expertise in Revit 4 years of Architectural Experience Registration in ACT Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handover Demonstrated experience in working with Project Managers and Consultants as part of a larger design team Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with clients, consultants and internal team members Extensive experience in design development and construction detailing in Commercial or Education sectors will be highly regarded Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required Rendering and photoshop skills will be highly regarded What is on Offer?
