The Opportunity As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across a dynamic portfolio. Partnering closely with hiring managers, divisional leaders, and the broader People & Culture team, you’ll ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, from workforce planning through to onboarding. Please note, this is an initial 12-month max-term contract, open to 4-5 days per week, and flexible on location for the right person (ideally Melbourne and surrounds, Albury, or Tasmania). What will your typical week look like? Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from screening through to offer management Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing and building strong talent pipelines Coach and mentor stakeholders and team members Provide reporting and analytics to support decision-making Lead and support talent acquisition projects and capability development Let’s talk about you The successful person will possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in recruitment within professional services or financial services Expertise in proactive sourcing and use of AI tools Familiarity with ATS and candidate management systems Understanding of compliance and talent acquisition fundamentals Experience in EVP and TA marketing campaigns (highly regarded) A degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred) More about the perks Hybrid work environment : Enjoy the flexibility of working both remotely and from the local office, with a schedule designed to support collaboration and work-life balance.
