After completing a comprehensive 60-day onboarding program, you’ll take full responsibility for a portfolio of seven restaurants across Greater Melbourne. In this role, you'll coach and mentor Restaurant Managers and their teams, playing a vital part in developing future leaders and building a high-performance culture. Day-to-day, you’ll have a direct impact on business performance, customer experience, and team engagement across your region. To thrive in this position, you’ll need to be highly adaptable, bring proven experience at a area/regional management level, and demonstrate strong leadership in both people development and operational excellence.
