We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a range of data and analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys technical writing, documentation, and creating clarity from complexity. This is a hands-on, documentation-focused position where you’ll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to translate ideas into clear, actionable requirements and artefacts that enable successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Create accurate and consistent technical and process documentation. Translate discussions and high-level input into clear, actionable requirements and artefacts. Prepare Proof of Concept (POC), Pilot, and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation, including scope, objectives, success criteria, and technical requirements. Develop tender packs with functional and technical requirements, supporting artefacts (e.g., architecture diagrams, current/future state documentation), and assist with vendor technical Q&A and evaluations. Perform gap analysis and document current- and future-state processes, systems, data flows, and integration points (ETL, APIs, Cloud). Support rollout readiness, including data migration documentation, transition planning, and handover artefacts. Produce technical documentation such as process maps, swim-lane diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications using tools like Visio and Confluence . Technical Documentation & Visualisation Skilled in tools such as Visio and Confluence to produce high-quality artefacts. Business Analysis Experience Demonstrated experience in business analysis with a strong emphasis on technical documentation. Data & Analytics Familiarity Understanding of concepts such as data lakes, reporting tools, ETL processes, APIs, metadata, and cloud platforms. Detail & Structure Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to work independently as an individual contributor. Why Apply?
