Maintenance Technician - Mechanical Bias (Permanent Night Shift) We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) to join a close-knit team of four on a permanent night shift roster (10pm - 6am) . What's on offer Attractive hourly rate: $50 - $60 per hour night shift penalties Permanent nights: 10pm - 6am, Monday to Friday Supportive team environment with 4 other skilled technicians Modern facility with ongoing upgrades and improvements Key responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs Assist with continuous improvement projects to enhance plant reliability Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and production staff to minimise downtime About you Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or similar Strong mechanical aptitude with exposure to food or FMCG manufacturing (desirable) Ability to work autonomously on a night shift A proactive attitude towards safety and maintenance best practices If you're a mechanically minded Maintenance Technician looking for a stable night shift role with excellent pay and a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
