With a growing team approaching 40 staff, they deliver around 100 homes per year, ranging from $300k starter homes through to $3.5m bespoke builds, including NDIS housing projects. They’re known for quality, adaptability, and a genuine focus on the client journey, with a highly experienced leadership team across sales, construction, and operations. The Role As a Colour Consultant / Interior Designer , you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the exciting selection process of their new home. Working from the purpose-built selections showroom, you will: Conduct colour selection appointments for internal and external finishes Provide expert guidance on design, finishes, and upgrades Prepare variations and costings resulting from selections Present final drawings and specifications for sign-off Liaise with suppliers to maintain an up-to-date showroom Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients throughout the selection stage You’ll work alongside another Colour Consultant and be supported by an established management team. About You Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a Colour Consultant or Interior Designer within residential building Relevant qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor in Interior Design) desirable Strong flair for design, with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients from all backgrounds Highly organised with strong time management skills Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused Why Join This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable, family-owned builder that values its people.
