Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in cloud technologies, full stack development, integration, and analytics to support key digital transformation initiatives within a large government agency. The successful candidate will design and deliver innovative, scalable, and secure ICT solutions across cloud platforms, reporting ecosystems, and housing systems operated by Homes Victoria. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud-based ICT solutions aligned with business needs and government digital strategies. Evaluate complex stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, presenting options to senior management and executive stakeholders. Serve as a Principal Developer and later as a lead Architect, providing direction on software design patterns, development standards, and frameworks in medium to large-scale organisations. Deliver high-quality systems and solutions in agile development environments, applying modern DevOps and CI/CD practices. Design, build, and optimise enterprise‑level reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring scalability and performance. Provide architectural oversight in projects leveraging SaaS CRM and Service Management platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel, and ServiceNow. Identify opportunities for technical innovation and efficiency improvements across platforms and services. Required Skills And Experience Cloud & Development Expertise Proven experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS services (Web, API & Functions Apps, Azure SQL, etc.) Strong proficiency in Full Stack .NET development, including: .NET 1.1 to 4.x and .NET Core 1.x to 3.x (C# mandatory) Microsoft Enterprise Library or equivalent Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Experience with modern web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and frameworks such as AngularJS, Angular, and React Integration and API Management Deep understanding of integration patterns, SOAP/RESTful APIs, SOA frameworks, and formats such as JSON and XML Hands-on experience with API security, usage policy definitions, and reusable service design Reporting & Analytics Domain Knowledge Expertise in Business Intelligence and Reporting architectures, including Data Warehousing, Data Marts, ODS, Big Data, Analytics, and Data Science Proficient with Microsoft data and reporting tools, including: Azure SQL Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure DataBricks Azure Data Lake (ADL) SSIS and SSAS Working knowledge of BI and dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, SSRS, and SAS Analytics Business Application Experience Experience designing reporting solutions for CRM and Service Management platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel, and ServiceNow Familiarity with Housing Systems operated by Homes Victoria is highly desirable Security & Identity Management Solid understanding of network, security, and identity management practices within enterprise and cloud environments Key Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in the public sector Agile mindset, with proven ability to deliver iterative, high-value outcomes Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams Desirable Qualifications Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline Why Fujitsu?
