About the Role We are looking for an experienced event professional to join the St Kilda Festival team to assist with the delivery of the 2026 St Kilda Festival. This role is accountable for managing all accreditation access and parking for all festival participants, staff performers, contractors, suppliers, sponsors and traders. You will operate as the main contact for local residents, businesses and traders to ensure they have access to the festival precinct throughout the festival weekend. Duties: Manage accreditation access and parking for all festival participants, staff, performers, event participants, contractors, sponsors, suppliers and traders Issue parking permits where required for residents and businesses within the impacted festival precincts Manage and coordinate accreditation checks and access control in conjunction with festival security suppliers Supervise any coordinator roles that are engaged within the Accreditation and event registration department Skills and Experience Professional experience in major event access, accreditation and ticketing, particularly in a government environment Strong communication skills to be able to liase with stakeholders and the public on all levels Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time (and staff) particularly in times of high stress High level of written and oral communication skills Ability to communicate policies and procedures to production staff under supervision including Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and techniques Culture People enjoy working at the City of Port Phillip because we are a welcoming, healthy and inclusive workplace.
