This team is expanding, and you simply want to remain a quota crusher, then we are keen to meet you too Why This Role? $100,000 - $140,000 base salary $200,000 OTE (flexible for the right person) Hybrid role with 2 days per week in Melbourne HQ Lead a team of 3 and shape the go-to-market plan Still own your own quota and close your own deals Help build the sales structure, process, and rhythm from the ground up Be part of a funded, proven business backed by ~US$6M in venture capital What You’ll Actually Do: Own a personal revenue target (~US$250K/year at $20K–$30K ACV) Coach a team : 1 junior SDR, 1 senior AE, part-time support across AU/US Build a phone-first outbound motion (starting in the AEC vertical) Implement pipeline stages, qualification criteria, and sales cadences Lift performance across the team, activity, calls, meetings, conversions Work closely with the Founder on GTM strategy, enablement, and future hires What We’re Looking For: Proven success closing SaaS deals in the US$20K–$50K range Strong outbound experience, especially phone-first strategies Comfortable being both player and coach : you lead from the front Experience implementing sales process, CRM hygiene, forecasting, reporting Happy building from scratch and solving problems on the fly Melbourne-based and open to working in-office 2 days/week Bonus Points If You’ve: Sold into construction, design, or AEC verticals Used tools like HubSpot , Reply.io , and dialers/enrichment platforms Led small sales teams or mentored junior reps Worked in a mid-sized SaaS org and are ready to step into leadership What Success Looks Like: Your team is hitting targets , not missing them.
