About the role: As the Residential Service Manager , you will lead the delivery of our innovative Household Model of Care , fostering a culture that values individuality, wellbeing, and personal choice. You’ll mentor and inspire your frontline team, cultivating a strong sense of teamwork and community within a living environment designed to feel like home. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and clinical care , meeting all regulatory requirements through best-practice approaches and robust audit processes. You’ll also drive financial sustainability by promoting community engagement to support occupancy, while overseeing property maintenance, hospitality services, and lifestyle programs. What Makes a Difference for Us You’re an experienced aged care leader with a strong track record in managing operational services of similar scale. Your focus on teamwork, quality, and person-centred care has driven high performance and sound care governance. You’re confident navigating complex and competing priorities, and skilled at mentoring frontline leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
