The Role We are seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join a busy seed processing facility in Toowoomba. This hands-on role involves working with specialised machinery in a fast-paced production environment. You'll be part of a collaborative team, operating and maintaining equipment to ensure high-quality outcomes while following strict safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring efficient operations and product quality. Your responsibilities include: Operating seed coating and grading equipment efficiently Carrying out daily maintenance to minimise downtime Maintaining high hygiene standards to prevent contamination Following quality control procedures and reporting pest activity Ensuring seeds meet specifications through treatment and sampling Completing accurate and timely paperwork Monitoring consumable stock levels for ongoing operations Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures Reporting hazards and only operating machinery with correct training Safely operating and maintaining machinery and vehicles Benefits $32.04 per hour plus penalty rates Until around February (depending on season) Approx. 40-50 hours per week Varied and active work environment with ongoing support Chance to build skills in a specialist agricultural processing facility Your Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you'll bring: A current Forklift Licence is desirable.
