Coregas, a leader in the gas sector, is seeking a dynamic National Business Development Manager to set the direction for our national sales strategy and deliver on ambitious growth targets. As a key member of our Sales and Operations Management Team, you will: Lead the charge in achieving strategic business targets for safety, quality, revenue, profit, and business growth. Drive sales and margin growth through innovative Key Account Management and by expanding our mega accounts portfolio. Partner with the Head of Sales and Regional Operations to shape commercial strategy and deliver continuous improvement in business outcomes. Manage a national portfolio of key accounts valued at $100M Inspire and develop a team of Business Development Managers across Australia. Location: Role can be based in Thomastown VIC or Yennora NSW What You'll Do: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Coregas’ vision. Build and nurture relationships with major customers, suppliers, and channel partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities—new markets, products, and service offerings. Champion operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance across all locations. Provide visible leadership in safety, quality, and environmental matters. Foster a culture of high engagement, continuous learning, and professional development. About You: Significant experience in the industrial gas industry or a related sector. Proven success in leading sales and marketing functions for revenue growth. Strong commercial acumen and experience in business case development. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Solid operational and supply chain management experience. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (postgraduate business qualifications highly regarded). Why Join us?
