About the Role As a Kitchen Hand at Sheldon College, you will play an important role in supporting our busy College kitchen. Key responsibilities include: Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, and equipment. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment. Assisting with general cleaning and tidying tasks as required. Supporting the catering team during daily service and special events. Taking on additional shifts for College functions and events when available. This position offers approximately 13 hours per fortnight, with opportunities for extra hours during peak periods. A friendly, approachable nature and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and parents. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
