About the Role The Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of compression therapy products through a combined focus on clinical education, relationship management, and sales execution. This role bridges commercial and clinical functions, supporting customers with evidence-based education while achieving defined sales targets. A key focus will be the development and management of KOL's to enhance brand reputation, influence clinical practice, and drive adoption of products across the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual and regional sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across healthcare settings. Deliver engaging clinical education programs (workshops, in-services, webinars). Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in vascular surgery, wound care, lymphoedema, and nursing. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support events, conferences, and product positioning. Provide valuable field insights to strengthen competitive and product strategy. What We're Looking For Degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or Life Sciences (clinical background strongly preferred). Demonstrated success in sales and/or clinical education within medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Ideally 3 years of sales experience. Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals at all levels. Commercial acumen and ability to balance sales goals with clinical integrity. What's on offer?
