We're looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our multinational Scrum team and build cutting-edge software solutions. You'll collaborate with top internal and external experts across multiple domains, contributing to everything from architecture to delivery. This role is hands-on and strategic—you'll be shaping system design, developing new features, and ensuring code quality while driving innovation and scalability in our products. What You'll Do Define and influence system architecture. Perform technical analysis and recommend improvements. Build new features and enhance existing codebases. Participate in estimations and proactively flag potential issues. Maintain and evolve the company's software stack. Design and implement custom functionalities with high-quality standards. Ensure all code is covered by robust unit and integration tests. Lead proof-of-concept projects from discovery to delivery. What You Bring 5 years of Java 8 (SE or EE) development, with experience in (micro)services architecture and frameworks like Spring Boot . BS/MS in Software Engineering or equivalent experience. Mastery of Hibernate for data persistence. Strong Java concurrency skills. Experience building distributed systems . Expertise in at least one: AMQP, ZeroMQ, JMS, Kafka, Hazelcast . Proficiency with Spring , JDBC , and NoSQL databases . Strong SQL skills and ETL process knowledge. Proven REST API implementation experience. Solid testing background—automated unit & integration tests. Skilled in ORM , XML/JSON/HTML handling. Excellent English communication skills. Nice to Have Cross-platform Web & Mobile development experience. Knowledge of dependency injection and data binding. Understanding of Clean Architecture principles. Experience with multi-threaded applications, OOP & MVC design patterns. Database modeling & programming (PL/SQL, pgSQL). Familiarity with Maven, Docker, Gradle.
