About the Role: You will lead a 50-bed aged care facility (with hospital-style and MPS services) that is currently undergoing a major refurbishment and expansion, including 17 new beds and a planned 44-room assisted living development. As Director of Facilities , you will: Shape the facility’s transformation and bring to life a new model of care that champions dignity, innovation, and ageism awareness Provide leadership across both clinical and non-clinical teams Manage operations, compliance, budgets, and resources with a focus on excellence Build a strong, motivated workforce delivering person-centred care Engage with the community, residents, and families to foster connection and trust About You: You’re a dynamic, motivated leader ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care. With a strong track record in managing high-performing teams, you’re confident leading both clinical and non-clinical staff in a facility that’s undergoing exciting growth and redevelopment.
