The Opportunity Kick-start your engineering career with a structured 36-month graduate program designed to fast-track you from graduate entry to Project Manager. You’ll rotate across CNC programming, procurement, estimating, quality control, and project delivery—building the skills, certifications, and confidence to lead major steel projects from start to finish.
