We are seeking a New Logo Account Executive (AE) to join our APAC sales team based in Melbourne, Australia . In this role, you will drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within assigned territories. AEs partner with prospects and existing customers to identify business value, close sales opportunities, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure renewals and expansion. Responsibilities: Manage a book of accounts, forecast accurately, and close pipeline to achieve quota. Source leads and identify new opportunities across net-new and existing customers. Build pipeline and close business through prospecting, cold outreach, and executive-level negotiations. Develop expertise in Lucid’s product suite and position solutions effectively. Assess and navigate the competitive landscape within territory. Share market insights with internal teams to inform product and marketing strategy. Expand business into new markets, industries, and personas. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: 3 years of sales experience (Account Executive or similar), preferably in tech/SaaS Proven record of exceeding quotas and KPIs Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work in the Melbourne office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) Preferred Qualifications: Experience closing high-level business in SaaS or evangelist sales environments Proficiency with Salesforce and sales acceleration tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo) Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with software contracts; formal sales training a plus LI-MG1 Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
