Senior Project Director - Enterprise Software Delivery We're hiring a Senior Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale, business-critical software initiatives for a recognized enterprise in the lottery and digital entertainment sector. You will manage a portfolio of complex, interconnected projects, overseeing multiple project managers and working closely with executive leadership. This role requires strategic oversight, deep integration expertise, and influence across the C-suite. This Brisbane-based role requires a minimum of three days per week onsite for effective collaboration. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of large enterprise software programs with multiple workstreams. Manage and mentor a team of 3 Project Managers across concurrent projects. Drive delivery excellence across scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality. Oversee integration points and interdependencies with parallel digital initiatives. Partner with a Digital Program Director to align planning and delivery roadmaps. Engage and influence senior business stakeholders and C-level executives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Provide structured, executive-level reporting to sponsors and governance forums. Requirements Minimum 12 years of experience in project and program delivery, including 5 years in senior leadership managing large enterprise initiatives. Proven track record delivering complex software programs (ERP-scale or similar). Strong leadership overseeing multiple concurrent projects and project managers. Strategic mindset to anticipate risks and integration challenges. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills. Expertise in integrated delivery within digital or enterprise transformation programs. Brisbane-based or able to work onsite 3 days/week.
