What You’ll Be Doing Oversee end-to-end contract management - from preparation and compliance checks through to settlement. Liaise confidently with clients, solicitors, builders, and internal teams to keep contracts and builds on track. Manage deposits, payment schedules, re-sales, and compliance audits with precision. Provide construction stage updates (Intro, Base, Enclosed, Handover) to ensure clients feel informed and supported. Coordinate defect inspections, insurance paperwork, and practical completion processes. Maintain audit-ready files and support operational improvements across the business. About You 2–3 years’ experience in contract administration, property settlements, or construction coordination. A natural communicator who can balance professionalism with empathy when dealing with clients. Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure. Comfortable with CRM systems, workflow platforms, and Microsoft Office. Proactive, solutions-driven, and ready to take ownership of your role. A clear Police & Credit Report is required.
