About the Role: The Student Enrolment Advisor will be the first point of contact for prospective students considering further study. This is a consultative sales role working with warm leads only (no cold calling). Key responsibilities include: Contacting prospective students via phone, inbound enquiries, and live chat. Using a consultative approach to understand goals, provide tailored advice, and guide decision-making. Managing a pipeline of students, following up on applications, and ensuring a smooth enrolment journey. Working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a strong focus on service and student success. What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Proven sales experience in a KPI-driven environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to adapt their approach across different demographics. A motivated, resilient, and target-focused mindset. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Previous exposure to the education sector is beneficial but not essential.
