CONSTANT is actively seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join the team at Luna Park, Sydney. This role will be ensuring the safety and security of the staff and public at one of Sydney's most high-profile venues. Responsibilities; Monitoring CCTV cameras & alarms, identifying incidents and escalating these accordingly to the relevant security members. Responding to emergencies, initiating appropriate response procedures, notifying the appropriate authorities as required, as well as directing the emergency response teams. Maintaining high level communication with the security team at all times Ensuring thorough and accurate record keeping in relation to all incidents Conducting investigations into security breaches and monitoring activities of interest. To be considered for this role you will need to be able to work a rotating roster across days, nights & weekends. Please see below the typical shift pattern, however, during peak times this may extend to 12-hour shifts across the whole week. Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 20:00 & 20:00 - 06:00 Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00 As well as being available for the above shifts we require all candidates to have the below qualifications & experience; Previous experience working as a Control Room Operator or Monitoring Centre Operator NSW Security License (1AE) Nationally Recognised First Aid & CPR NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) Why Join our Team?
