We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Financial Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting and play a key role in shaping business performance. This role suits someone who enjoys partnering with leaders across the organisation, improving processes and providing the insight needed for smart decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for leading management reporting, supporting project forecasting and strengthening systems and controls. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders, ensuring the numbers tell a clear story and opportunities for improvement are identified and delivered. Key responsibilities: Taking ownership of monthly management reports and forecasts. Providing financial insight and guidance to operational leaders. Reviewing processes and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency. Overseeing financial controls and supporting audit requirements. Ensuring reporting systems deliver consistent and reliable information. What we’re looking for: Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or related field. CA/CPA qualified. Experience in a senior finance role, ideally involving project-based reporting. Strong skills in forecasting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
