You’ll work closely with partners on complex advisory projects and drive high-level outcomes for a sophisticated client base. This role offers clear progression to Manager, and the ideal candidate may already be on the precipice of that next step our client is looking to support their Senior staff in their growth. What You’ll Be Doing Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals Deliver strategic solutions in areas like business restructuring, CGT, international tax, estate planning, and succession Manage a portfolio of clients, providing high-level tax and business advice Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards Provide expert advice on tax compliance and business advisory matters Attend client meetings and build trusted relationships Mentor and train junior staff, reviewing work and supporting development What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian public practice CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion) Strong technical tax knowledge (Division 7A, CGT, GST, FBT, etc.) Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Experience with Xero, MYOB, BGL, and the Microsoft Office suite Ready to Make an Impact?
