Overview Lead the digital architecture powering over a billion bets a year. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney. What You’ll Do A commercially astute team player, you’ll be working in the Enterprise Architecture team leading the design, architecture and integration solutions that drive Tabcorp’s efficiency and growth while aligning business strategy with IT. As a trusted expert, you will own and maintain enterprise architectural blueprints and artifacts at the group level. You will guide the business in understanding and implementing robust, sustainable technology solutions to ensure the organisation’s technology is future-proof. What You’ll Bring Exceptional skills in stakeholder management Strong Enterprise Architecture experience across the digital tech stack delivering positive customer experiences across channels (digital, assisted, retail) using mobile, desktop/browser technologies Solid Enterprise Architecture experience with leading or contributing to digital transformation programmes using EA frameworks like Zachman, TOGAF, Gartner or similar A growth mindset and a can-do attitude Ability to lead workshops and discussions with business and stakeholders to reach consensus-based decisions solving business problems Expertise in creating and documenting architecture designs, blueprints, roadmaps, managing EA repositories and guidelines to support a dynamic tech and business landscape Background in developing business-aligned IT technology strategies, frameworks and roadmaps using architecture principles and patterns Hands-on experience with technologies including Cloud, CRM and MarTech, workflow and automation, event-driven, integration services, data and AI A collaborative delivery mindset to work with various supplier models, using agile, lean and DevOps practices What You’ll Get Diverse leave options: 5 days bonus leave annually, cultural, volunteer, and 18 weeks parental leave Access to corporate discounts and our leading health and wellbeing app Monthly employee social activities, competitions, awards and free tickets to events About Us Tabcorp is Australia’s leading gambling entertainment company.
