About the Role We are seeking a Melbourne-based Solution Architect with a current NV1 clearance . This is a critical role bridging technical expertise with customer success. You’ll split your time between: Hands-on technical work – designing, deploying, and optimising advanced cyber security and network visibility solutions. Customer engagement – leading discovery sessions, advising on architecture, and providing pre-sales technical leadership to enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping them solve complex business and technology problems while ensuring maximum value from the platform. Key Responsibilities Conduct deep technical and business discovery sessions with enterprise customers. Design and implement product deployments to deliver rapid time-to-value. Analyse customer networks and applications to identify high-value data capture points. Deliver training, workshops, and presentations to customer teams. Collaborate with internal teams on product improvement and customer success. Required Experience & Skills Current NV1 clearance . Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT. 3 years of IT experience, ideally across networking, systems, or security. Strong customer-facing and communication skills. Deep understanding of networking (L2–L4) and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, DNS, CIFS/NFS, etc). Background in security technologies (firewalls, load balancers, proxies, SASE, penetration testing). Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Highly organised with excellent time management.
