We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing Associate to join our Sydney Projects & Construction team focusing on a mix of both front and back end construction matters. Our Projects practice is one of the most highly regarded practices in the market and this is a unique opportunity to join a team that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities. We are open to candidates with either back or front end experience or a blend of both. The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows; Responsibilities Assist contractors, principals and government clients on a range of back end matters Work with clients on a range of front end matters and large scale projects Prepare court documents, including documents for evidence, discovery, and expert and barrister briefs Liaise with clients and assist in negotiations Assist with business development and marketing initiatives Requirements A minimum of 18 months PQE gained within a construction practice Demonstrated experience managing a range of construction matters Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously The successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements.
